Hi guys! Its been a long time in food blog. I have not got to eat out recently. However, I do cook for the meal every day, so I have decided to provide for you one of the recipes that I cooked yesterday. It is a Mexican wrap which Im absolutely obsessed with in these days. 食べ物ブログから久しぶりです!あんまり外食できたり良いお店に行ったりしてなかったので、自分でする料理の中から一つレシピを紹介したいと思います!それは、最近ハマっている、メキシコタコスです! Ingredients (Approximately 2 portions) : 食材(2人前) ・200~300g Mince Beef (牛ひき肉) ・1~2 Brown Onions (玉ねぎ) ・1 Red Paprika(パプリカ) ・1 Green Bell Pepper(ピーマン) ・Half Lettuce (レタス) ・Mozzarella Cheese(モッツァレラチーズ) ・White Wraps (as many as you want) ・Seasoning Mix Chilli ・Salsa Sauce(サルサソース) 1. Chop all the vegetables (Onions, Paprika, Green Bell Pepper) into small dice pieces. And fry mince beef until they change the colour into great brown and then add the veggies into the pan. 1、野菜類(玉ねぎ、パプリカ、ピーマン)をみじん切りにして、牛ひき肉を炒める。 その後、野菜をフライパンに入れて炒める。 2. Tear the lettuce with your hands to some random pieces. You can use a knife to chop into strips. 2、レタスを手で適当な大きさにちぎる。包丁で千切りにしてもオッケー! 3. When the mixed veggies and beet are ready, remove them from the pan to a bowl that is preferably a bit deep. 3、炒め終わった、肉tp野菜をフライパンから深めのボウルに移す。 4. Place a wrap on the dish and put the stuff in the order of salsa sauce → lettuce → meat & veggies → cheese. 4、ラップを皿に置き、サルサソース、レタス、肉野菜、チーズの順にのせる。 That's it!!! Sorry for being a pretty rough process. It may not contain the recipe in detail and get some of you confused how to proceed but I hope you get inspired and try it sometime!
