Hi guys! I haven't eaten out much recently because the price in Australia is crazy expensive. I do sometimes cook myself some food because I like cooking. Today, I would like to share one of the simple meal with you which is called Izakaya style roasted potatoes. Ingredients (About 2 portions):
1, Pour some water into a small pot and boil until it get hot. Peel the potatoes while water is being boiled. 2, Slice the potatoes into thin pieces. Each slice should be about 3~5mm and put them into the boiled water. 3, Boil the potatoes until they get softened. (Get a flying pan and pour some oil in it.) .4, Remove the hot water from the pot and place them one the pan evenly. A pinch of salt and black pepper and a table spoon of garlic granules go into the pan. (You can add some more black pepper if you prefer peppery flavorur.) 5, Flip each potatoes when they get golden-coloured and leave the another few minutes. 6, Spread a table spoon of soy sauce into the pan and serve them on a dish before the soy sauce gets burned. 7, Sprinkle a pinch of free dried seaweeds powder for the garnish.
