Let me just begin this blog by saying. Oh my god, Where have I been the whole time since the last post! lol I know I have been away so ages, possibly the longest gap i have ever had! haha Well, I feel like I should upload when I want to and when i am in the right mood, To be really honest, during this gap time, not a much happened, so I am not gonna tell anyway,, haha On this one, I will post the last coffee shop I went with travel gangs. I literally thought I had it uploaded after the 4th one, Somehow, I didn't notice and I forgot to put it out when it should have been done back then. haha Apology! So, obviously, as it is the story about already few months ago, my memory could be really vague. But Ill try to make it as accurate as possible!! This is our last day in Dublin, we all packed up and left the airbnb. We still have some time to kill until flight time, so decided to wander around and went to the last specialty coffee stop, carrying our heavy luggage, backpack at the same time.! It was pouring down so not really ideal. We managed to arrive, the name of the coffee shop is 'Reference coffee' Address : 49 Pleasants Street, Portobello, Dublin 8, D08 XHF2, Ireland Facebook ; www.facebook.com/referencecoffee/ Instagram ; www.instagram.com/referencecoffee/?hl=en Again, I found this shop online when I was browsing specialty coffee shops in Dublin, and checked Instagram and stuff then it looked really nice, So I suggested that we could come for for a coffee. There is a cafe right next to it which is connected both inside and outside to Reference coffee. It is called Meet me in the morning, They are like sister shops. They both have their own entrance and meet me in the morning is more like an actual cafe with tables and more space lunch breakfast menu, whereas reference coffee only does coffee and some sweets which are made by next door. So it seemed to be an interesting and next business style. It was a busy time when we were there, so we waited for a bit to be seated, so got the coffee from reference and we were sat in the cafe, ordered some brunch with another coffee from reference!! haha The coffee shop is really tidy and clean, only offer some typical drinks. Unique custormised La marzocco Machine which I fell in love with, It has a great colour and coordinating nicely with the shop interior! Baristas there were all friendly and all highly skilled!! Obviously, it was great taste!! After that, we enjoyed the brunch! Food there was also amazing !!! There we go! This will be the end of coffee journey in Dublin!! It took bloody ages to complete this, but finally getting it done!! Where should I go travel for more coffee discovery next??? # Some reason, cant upload the pictures, so they will be up once i figured it out how to fix. Cheers!!! Y

Hi all!! Haven't been on here for a while after the two pups coffee shop post! I have been slacking off this to be honest!! But I gotta do and finish this Irish coffee guide at least! So I will crack on guys! So this is one of another coffee shops I visited in Dublin while I was there surprisingly already a over a month ago. We went there on our second day. We were just hanging out and exploring the city, then we stopped this shop for a coffee. It was one of the specialty coffee shops located near Guinness Brewery and chose that place as we were waiting for the tour time to start! Here is the name!! 'Legit Coffee' ! I could see their confident from the name of it! REALLY appealing and proud of what they do! Address ; Meath Mart, Meath Street, The Liberties, Dublin 8, Ireland Website ; www.legitcoffeeco.com/ The shop is on the busy street and seems to be a famous coffee stop for tourists as well, taking loads of pictures like me and one of the guys was having a joke with this and asked for money doing this! haha It is a spacious shop a bit narrow horizontally, yet quite long from the entrance to the other end. Loads of tables and chairs provided, staffs are so friendly. Really cool interior design in my opinion. I just found out there is another shop in the city. Lack of research, lol They have all the classic espresso drinks as well as batch brew, V60 and all. Also, there a variety of choices for teas, starting with Matcha which is my favourite tea. One thing you can't forget about this shop is that it seems that they are serving amazing brunch as well!! Of course they have attractive sandwiches, toasties, pastries, etc.. They have got crazy espresso machine I believe it was an Synesso with Simonelli grinder. The barista skills was like next level really impressed with him latte art pattern. I have to admit this is one of the best coffee shops in Dublin and they are doing amazing jobs, they do live up to the expectation!! I am glad I picked up this place and had a great time!!! Made my day with that flat white even though it rained so heavily afterwards!! haha There will be the last dublin coffee shop post coming up soon! Please stay tuned! Cheers! Y How's going everyone?? It has been already 2 weeks passed since I got back from Dublin! Time just flies so fast!! So, I am doing No, 3 coffee shop visit in Dublin today! It was on our second day and the only whole day we had during the trip. We made up all the plans I mean the other three mainly for the day I was only looking into some specialty coffee shops online, this caught my attention, I spotted on the website and we were sort of in the middle of the way to where we were heading, The shop is called ' Two Pups Coffee' . Address : 74 Francis St, The Liberties, Dublin 8, D08 KA43, Ireland Facebook Page : www.facebook.com/twopupscoffee I could already tell this coffee shop would be a right choice from what it looks outside. And we went in and it was fairly busy!! Popularity was there! There was lots of tables and chairs and quite spacious shop. Nice welcoming atmosphere as well!! The sweets on the display there looked amazing, and food on the menu seemed to be also delicious! Here is the capture of their coffee including the tea!! My go to flat white looks very nice there! It was my second coffee on that day, it was still tasty and beautifully smooth with amazing latte art end. Americano and tea that my friends ordered also looked good!! This is one of the favourite ones in Dublin!!!! You should check out this this place when you re travelling Dublin!! See you all in the next blog!! Cheers! Y Hi! I managed to bring myself back here this short time of period! So there hasn't been too long gap from the last post! Let's just carry on the main part! So, I went to this coffee shop on my second day in the morning, it was the only entire day we had during the day, then we made the plan organised well. And our first stop was to grab a coffee. My friends took their coffee from other shop, I was being patient till I get to this shop to grab my coffee which sounds quite fussy of me. lol It was on our way to the first destination. Quickly popped into the shop called ' Shoe Lane'. It is a really attractive looking coffee shop! Its quite a small shop with several tables lined along the wall. As you walk through the door, you can see few tables attached to the wall on the right side of the shop. On the other side, they have got selection of the beans, teas, coffee equipments. It keeps the centre area empty, I have seen Instagram post having a long queue out the door. I assume it gets really busy for commuters' coffee fix!! It was a similar situation for me. Maybe a little bit after the morning rush. Again, it was still my second coffee shop stop, therefore, I haven't got used to it. but they served my flat white with no lid on, so I asked again 'where is the lids?' and They said, its behind you and then I turned around, there was a pile of DIY coffee lids. I embarrassed myself again, but the staffs were kindly directing and they were really friendly as well! The coffee was really tasty and super smooth flat white. Exactly what i needed for the long day ahead! If you wanna quickly grab a take away coffee, this is really suitable place to go to!! Highly recommend to those people, but still great place to sit down and relax!! I will probably upload another Dublin coffee blog soon! So, until then see you! Cheers! Y What's up people? Hope you guys are alright!!! I am writing a coffee blog today and indeed I am back here again. Last weekend, I went to Dublin for a little trip with some friends. It was so much fun and I really enjoyed my time there! As you can probably imagine, one of the things I added to my bucket list for Dublin trip is to visit good specialty coffee shops and discover some new coffee in Dublin. We arrived in Dublin around 11 am and checked-in the Airbnb dropped our stuff and I was in need of coffee, we left the flat straight away! We are having a wander in town and spotted this first specialty coffee shop called ' Coffee Angel'. There are five shops altogether around in town in Dublin. And the address that I mentioned above is the one I visited! All the shops look really stylish and cool. Quite sophisticated interior yet very simple. I really liked the vibe there. As we were busy and had a destination to go to, we took away the coffee. We were sat outside for a bit and finished the coffee. I had a flat white really good coffee! I was quite pleased to pick up this spot as my first coffee stop!! Highly recommended coffee shop when you travel in Dublin and need for coffee break! I will see you all Dublin coffee shop guide no, 2 hopefully soon!! Cheers ! Y |
