Hi Guys!! How are you all spending your Sunday?? Hope you're enjoying the day anyway!!! It has been literally ages since the last blog on the page was up!! It is purely due to no holiday to travel around the country!! I have been doing this job for four months now, and i finally got a paid holiday last week!! It was perfect time for me to visit Exeter and to see my old host family again! I was planning this trip since my holiday was confirmed. I booked a coach because I purchased the tickets in advance like few months ago, It was very reasonable. It took me 6 hours from Brighton to Exeter tho! I changed a coach at London Victoria and jumped on the coach to Exeter. I left Brighton around 2 PM but It was already 9 PM when I arrived in Exeter. I was so so lucky as my host family came to the station to pick me up even though it was late in the evening. It was amazing to see them again!! It took me four years to come back this place and it was almost speechless moment when I saw them!!! I was super exhausted, as soon as i got home, I literally crushed on the couch which is my bed during my stay!! They had two spare bed rooms, but they are all taken by students who are staying with them now!! I woke up around 7 wish next morning and they made me some breakfast like they used to do back in the day!! I felt like so nostalgic!!! My next day kicked off by visiting University where I used to study at. This is it!! I can't put it in a word how I felt when I got back to this place!!! It's like everything I used to do here was brought back in my head!! and then I walked around the Uni and It's like you travelled time back four years ago! Some places have changed and pretty much the same!! Exploring around the Uni did make me wanna study here again!! I wanna go back to Uni life whether or not I can afford! haha After that, I walked down to town to see the change of the city!! I honestly surprised myself that I still clearly remember the way to town after four years. Literally without the help of Google Map!! I had a bit of exploration around the town, visited the famous cathedral, went down to the riverside which is called 'The QUAY'. It was a sunny day and lovely river view and nice and warm not too freezing!! Seemed like Exeter really welcomed me! lol Look at this beautiful view along the riverside! It was soo calm and peaceful especially in the weather like this!! It was such a nice idea to come here and walk along. I used to visit here some times. Some pool take their out for walk and you can see some runner and jogger!! I stayed in Exeter for a couple of nights after all and got to visit most of the spots I ve gone to and really enjoyed my first holiday!! I can't even thank even to my host family had me stay at theirs and cooked me dinner and everything!! I promised to go back there while I'm here again!! What's the destination of my next holiday!! You will see! Thank you all for reading this !!! SEE you soon!! Cheers!!! Y

Hi guys!! I am doing good! Doing very good! I have been uploading blogs three days in a row! This is a big commitment for me! I am kinda proud of myself! I hope i can continue this things more regularly with more fun contents! The reason I have been so consistent is that mostly I am free and just spending my first week in Brighton by exploring and discovering new stuff! Then I get to have lots of free time which makes me end up editing the blogs! So, it was a while ago that I had a whole day to spend my time in London as a tourist. The most interesting i have done on that day is to finally visit Borough market nearby the River Thames! Address: 8 Southwark St, london, SE1 1TL, UK The first thing I felt with this market is that as soon as I entered the big gates, there were so many different types of food stands lined up!! I felt how amazing this market is! I was absolutely certain and I loved this place in a second. I like to visit markets in general because it has got some unique vibes that you can't really enjoy in normal supermarkets and stuff. People seemed to be enjoying their times just by looking around, they don't even come here to buy something. They just simply go there because they like the vibes and atmosphere things that can only be created by markets. I didn't go there to buy some particular things, I just purely like people selling food there. Because it got to the lunch time, I decided to grab something from there, but the difficult thing is that there are so much choice to choose from!! You literally wanna eat everything like one bite each!! After struggling to make a decision of what to eat, I went for a bbq chicken wrap! It was too attractive to run away. There was also Spanish cuisine stand that offers some great looking paella, and the guy actually offered me one bite, it was super good!! I was in like in middle of having either that or wrap! lol Just as a reference, this is how they present the paella!! It just drew every single visitor who walked passed by attention!! If you were me, which one would you choose? It would be kinda an ultimate decision to make! Not even joking! haha But after all, I enjoyed my chicken wrap so much !! NO regrets! Overall, It was such a great day that I finally got to visit this market and I actually went to some other famous touristy spots too! It was full of activities. At the end of the day, I remember my legs were dead and was giving myself a massage! But it was so much fun!! I went to another cafe during this day! so I will write about it sometime soon! Cheers!! Y Hi guys!! I am back here again. It has been a couple of days since the last blog and I think I am doing good and sticking to this thing all right. I hope I will be able to continue this routine!! Maybe it will be possible because there is gonna be so many things happening in the UK. Today, I am going to talk about when I went to the beach in Shonan few weeks ago. It was a week before I went to Disney Sea, so this content should have been up before that one, but forgive me about the wrong order. It was on the 27th of August. I went down to a prefecture called Kanazawa specifically to a place called Shonan which is very famous for its beach. I stayed at a friend's house a night before this event and had a great fun with them. On that day, I woke up early and went to a public bathhouse for the first time in my life. It was quite a weird experience I would say. lol Then we headed to our rendezvous and took a train to the beach! It was supposed be a rainy day, but due to the fact some of us were sun bringers and the sun was out until we left the beach!! By the way, I visited there with a group of 6 people! We first had a little wander around the beach side, when it gets to the lunch time, we moved to a Mos cafe and had burger! We had a great time chatting around and having laugh. On the way back to the beach, we picked up a big watermelon for the watermelon cracking. It was such a nice day to jump into the sea, so as soon as we got back,I took off the clothes and went straight into the beach!! Yes I love swimming in the sea even though the water wasn't clear enough and had bad visibility. Now it was about time to crack the watermelon, but we thought it was not fun just break it with a stick, so we got us blindfolded and spinner ourselves before cracking. I guess it is quite a traditional way to do this activity!! I was actually the one who cracked the watermelon, but it wouldn't be possible,it there wasn't navigations from them!! The stick went through a bit away from the middle, when it was cracked it didn't look cool and i didn't feel like I smashed it. lol After we chopped it into edible sizes, we enjoyed eating them with an amazing view in the back. This is literally how people in japan enjoy their summer. And I am glad I got to do this this year!! Then we were just chilling on the beach which I like and staring at the waves and listening the sound of the waves. It was very relaxing time. When the sun is setting down, we were preparing for the fireworks. The organiser he is a genius because he bought so many handheld fireworks in advance. When it gets dark and pitch black, we started playing with fireworks!! It was so beautiful and stunning!! Having fireworks at the beach is the best thing to do in summer! It was crazy fun!!! I would love to do that again sometime!! Because i was tied up with the last train i need to get back to the station and headed home!! It was a long day, but at the same time full of activities and so much fun with them!! Thank for inviting me!! I hope you enjoy this summery blog! Probably see you all in another blog!! Cheers! Y Hello guys!! It has been for ages! How have you been these days?? I have been away from this blog for such a long time of period!! I didn't mean to leave this site for that long. I just couldn't find any good contents to put on, but here we go! I am finally back and got an interesting stuff to talk about!! So for who those who are wondering what happened to me recently is that I quitted the job at Starbucks on the 31 of August in the end and am getting myself ready for working holiday in the UK. But before that, I gotta enjoy the rest the days in japan as much as I want because this time i might not be back here for two years which I have never experienced in my life. As a first big event, I went to Disney Sea in Tokyo a couple days ago!! I went there with my colleagues and we left out place around 5am even though we were all sleepy as hell but we wanted to be there before the Opening time. It took us almost three hours, but somehow managed to got out of the congestion and make it to Disney Sea! The weather there wasn't so bad despite the fact one of us was a famous rain bringer! lol We kicked off our fun with Centre of the Earth as our first ride after we scanned the fast pass! I have always been bad at roller coasters, for some reason this time i nailed it and I didn't feel any sick after that!! I think I am finally getting used to them if they are not crazily dangerous and horrific. We got to take quite a lot of rides and see some shows since it was not very and kinda quiet day at there. We didn't need to wait that long time on the queue even for the popular ones!! What I remembered clearly is that i had so much food on the way to each place because there were so many temptations that dragged me!! But i don't regret it because they were all good and eating food there is one of the ways to have fun!! The last attraction we had was this one above. It is called Toy story Mania which is one of my favourite one to go! It is sort of a competitive game. You wear 3D glasses and hit the targets popped up on the screens and then each target has points, whoever hit the highest points wins!! It was such a great way to end our disney adventure!! I am so glad I got to meet such friends and to work with them!! I am gonna miss them all, but I will definitely see them again when I got back fro the UK!! Thanks for giving me such an incredible time and memories!! Thank you for reading my little leisure I had in a while! I hope you enjoy it!! You might see me with another blog sometime soon! Cheers!! Y Hi everyone!! What have you been up to recently? I finally got back to Japan from Sydney a couple days ago, but it was an absolute nightmare. I had a flight booked 8am in the morning and was supposed to stop over at the Hong Kong airport to transfer the flight to the Haneda airport in Japan. I only had an hour layover, however, the worst scenario happened and my itinerary was all screwed up due to the delay in the first flight! In the end, it took me over 24 hours even though the original journey time was approximately 12 hours. It was so stressful that things were all behind the schedule but I am now back home and had long old sleep on my comfy bed, so I feel almost recovered from the travel tiredness! I have already mentioned that I am back home now, but I still have some contents to upload on here and today I will write about the coastal walk I had over a month ago. It was already more than a mont ago when I carried out this walking trip which was right in the middle of the summer season. I thought it would be a great idea to have a walk around the coastline. I did this with my friend and firstly arrived at the coogee beach and bought some lunch. I kicked off this long old walk trip from Coogee beach and then on the way to the next beach there was up down hills and they are quite steep and long slopes, so even though it was just the beginning of the walk, they could make you feel already so tired.lol We stopped at the next little beach called Gordon's Bay for the lunch. The one you can see above is the one!! It was normally a stunning view and the water is so clear, but because it was after the rainy day, there were some dust floating on the sea surface. It still looks such a nice and relaxing place to have lunch! Especially the stuff like seafood!;) In between Gordon's Bay and Clovelly Beach which is a next beach, you get to see some incredible views but also some quite dangerous spots. Particularly with the picture on the top, you can see the stunning scenery and horizon. However, if you go little bit further towards the end, all you see is up high cliff and if you look down, you will realise you are on the top of the more than 10m high cliff and the waves are striking against the wall. I honestly nearly shitted on myself to be fair. One of the good things about this spot is that it is such a great place to take some pictures and you can take some cool photos of the nature!! From the Closely Beach to the Bondi Beach, there are two more beaches called Bronte and Tamara beach. BeforeI got to the Bronte beach, I had to walk past by a huge grave area. It was a quite unique experience to take a walk right in the middle of hundreds of graves. We arrived at the Bronte beach after half an hour walk from the previous beach. This beach has really nice and secluded and I love the vibe in there. I actually wanted to swim in the water, but I stupidly forgot to take my swimwear even though I did check my bag when I left the flat. I couldn't swim after all, but it was one of my favourite beaches in Sydney. We spent for an hour at the beach having a layoff and then packed up our stuff and continue our journey to the final destination Bondi Beach!! It took us another half an hour to the Bondi and we walked past by the Tamara beach and finally made it to the way to Bondi Beach. There was full of photo opportunities during the whole way and I took so many pictures!! haha Because it was a glorious day, there were bunch of tourists and locals jogging and running the coastline as well as walking. It seemed to be really nice for their fitness!! What happened after we arrived at the Bondi was we stayed on the beach for another an hour. It was lof of fun and I have never done this coastal walk before and I really enjoyed all the way from coogee to bondi!! I would love to come back here and do this walk again!! |
